A Better Winnetka

At the September 8th Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, the Board voted to continue discussion of the Fell Site Development issue at a Special Meeting of the ZBA to be held on October 6th at 7:30 pm.  This is a CHANGE from October 13th.  The change was made at the request of the attorney for New Trier Partners who indicated that he could not attend an October 13th meeting because it was a holiday and he would be unavailable.  The ZBA also felt consideration should be given to interested parties and members of the public who also would likely be unable to attend because of the holiday.   The ZBA feels this is an important topic and they want to make sure that all parties, including the public, have the opportunity to attend the meeting.

In an email requesting the continuance, the attorney for New Trier Partners stated that New Trier Partners is working to revise its plans.  Mike Donofrio, the Winnetka Community Development Director said that he expects the revisions to be submitted before the Plan Commission meeting on September 24th.
